Dear Mike,
I think I fell into my heart, today.
So happy I came back here for your gift.
I’ve been a busy, preoccupied soul with a lot of internal chatter, but today it was silenced and I felt the rhythm of that blessed beat, full on within and without. Reminded of the beauty in the middle of chaos, I smiled through my suffering and, at last, everything smiled back.
